Dr.QMAX Water Base Carbon Cleaner as “DQWBCC” solution eliminates carbon deposits inside the engine. It cleans the piston rings, allowing them to operate more smoothly. It also evens the compression pressures of each cylinder, and prevents not only lifter and tappet noises but also various other unwanted engine noises that normally result from a lack of oil circulation.
DQWBCC solution also removes the carbon that formed in the throttle body, spark plugs, intake and exhaust valves, the EGR valve, the catalytic converter, and muffler. You will soon see your dirty black muffler transformed into a clean muffler with a reddish shade. The reddish color of the muffler comes from the slight rust on the surface, which is formed in the process of large amounts of water being exhausted through the muffler. The water indicates that the combustion process inside the cylinder has become stable and the rings are operating effectively and the compression pressure has risen to normal.

Dr. Qmax water base carbon cleaner
Instruction (For Diesel, Petrol, and NGV engine)
Step 1: Start the engine and warm up around 5 minutes
Step 2: Adjust and make sure the engine rotational speed at 1800-2000RPM by
using custom made accelerator paddle adjustor
Step 3: Open de-carbonizer cover and
fill-up with carbon cleaner into the
tank and then close back the cover.

Step 4: Connect the compressed air into
de-carbonizer intake valve and make sure
the air pressure for both air input and output
pressure gauge at 70 PSI |

Step 5: Insert the spray nozzle of de-carbonizer
face to the throuttle body or carb uretor.
(Precaution: don't touch to the throuttle body
butterfly) |
Step 6: Switch on the air compressor and
open input valve, slowly open output valve
until the RPM to 1500 and stay put

Step 7: Carbon cleaner start flow in and spray
into the intake valve or carburetor |
Step 8: The intake manifold will become cold
around 3 minutes later(Injection engine only) |

Step 9: Close the input valve and take off the
compressed air supply, stop the engine after
5 minutes de-carbon are finish |
Step 10: Remove the spray nozzle and fix
back the rubber hose to the intake valve
